You've landed at Goal-Getter Academy, where my mission is to be the mentor, coach and cheerleader I wish I'd found so much earlier in my career. I'm pouring the life-changing tea you'll wish someone served you years sooner.
So, grab your mug and gather round! I've been where you are. I'd done everything everyone expected of me for my entire life. And then one day, I realized I didn't even have my own goals. Y'all, I was approaching 30 and had pretty much never made a major decision for myself.
Better late than never, I focused on my personal and professional development. And as soon as I figured out what I wanted for my life, I was unstoppable. New jobs. New cities. New people. New adventures. I was a hustler, baby.
Now when I see friends, coworkers, family, and even complete strangers online who feel stuck or frustrated and are waiting for their goals to fall in their lap, it breaks my heart. I want to hug them – and then immediately slap some sense into them. You have to make things happen in your own life, ladies!

Here at Goal-Getter Academy, I encourage and motivate women who are struggling to reach their goals – or maybe they're having trouble even determining what their goals are. I've been there many times myself, and am sharing my experiences in breaking through to the other side to save you years of heartache.
